Refund policy

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason (Non-food items)

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day you or a third party appointed by you has received the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us by email at kenyanstoregermany@gmail.com.

Change of Mind Returns

If you decide to return a product due to a change of mind:

  • The item must be unopened, unused, and in its original condition.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Shipping costs paid during purchase are non-refundable.

  • Once we receive and inspect the item, we will issue a refund for the product value only.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and food safety reasons, opened food products cannot be returned or refunded.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, spoiled, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product.

In such cases, we will offer:

  • A replacement, or

  • A full refund.
